BS Social Care are looking for passionate and dedicated day time care assistants to work in our client's specialist dementia home based in Anfield, Liverpool.

We are looking for people with passion and empathy who can hit the ground running in this home to provide a first-class level of care and be a pillar of support to the residents and their families.

No day will be the same in the life of a Care Assistant. You will be assisting the nurses, providing essential personal care, delivering activities and be a proud representative of the home to external agencies, and visitors. If you are the type of person who doesn't like to be stuck behind a desk working 9-5 then this is the role for you!

For this role a level 2 or above NVQ in Heath and Social Care will be beneficial but a background in care is essential. A strong work ethic and an understanding of the needs of people with dementia will provide you with the stepping stones to a successful career as a carer in this home.

We are looking for both full time and part time staff. The full-time hours are 36 a week and part time are 24 hours a week. You may be employed as a general Healthcare Assistant or you may be assigned to a specific service user on a 1 to 1 basis. The flexibility to do either of these roles is essential.

The pay rate for this role is £8.21 per hour and you will receive holidays.
