An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and dedicated Care Coordinator in Widnes

You will be working for a well-known local homecare provider who delivers individualised care packages to elderly people in their own homes.

As the Care Coordinator you will be in charge of a rota where you will be effectively managing staff hours, breaks, travel time, holidays and absence. You will also hold staff meetings to ensure your staff understand the needs of your service users and you will liaise with the contacts of the service users to ensure their needs are being met.

The successful candidate will preferably be a driver with a good knowledge of the care sector and some supervisory experience. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous too!

This is a full-time position with a salary of £21000 in addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, progression and career development. You will be able to work in a flexible manner and will be required to do some on call on the odd weekend, but this will just be one day out of that weekend and you can decide when to come in to fit around your lifestyle.
