Our client started off small in 2011, fast forward to 2020, they now provide approximately 250,000 care visits, with a team of dedicated healthcare staff who really do care and want to make a difference to their service users day to day lives.

We have a fantastic opportunity at their Cardiff Branch. We are seeking a Care Coordinator. This will be a Full Time Opportunity and you will covering Cardiff area(s)

Ideal Candidate:
" " At least 1 years previous care experience .
" " Excellent organisation skills.
" " Ability to think outside of the box.
" " Commitment & flexibility.
" " Be computer literate.
" " Excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:
" " Rota planning and development.
" " Ensuring care visits are well planned.
" " Using call monitoring software.
" " On Call Duties.

We are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator with the ability to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You must have the ability to work effectively with team members and care assistants, working closely with care assistants within your area.

You will support the running of the branch to ensure that behind the scenes works as smoothly as possible. Please note: This role requires candidates to hold a current driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
