Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work for a well known established domiciliary care company based in Kensington & Chelsea.

You will be responsible for allocating carers to customers and updating systems using Staff Plan software.

You will have worked as a care coordinator already and have a strong understanding of the complexities of elderly care. On call duties and shift covers will be required when necessary.

The successful candidate would need to have the following;
- Have care experience at least 1 year
- Previous supervisor or care coordinator experience
- Someone who knows how to do a care plan and risk assessments
- Someone who has previous experience liaising with other agencies

In return of your hard work and commitment you will be offered a salary between £23,000 - £26,500 along with other benefits such as pay review, career progression, holidays, pensions and much more.
