A FABULOUS opportunity has become available for a care coordinator to join a thriving home care service in the heart of historic Coventry.
You will become a key member of the branch management team for a recognised and thriving domiciliary care service who boasts a portfolio of branches nationally.
You will be employed on a full time basis and be required to split your time between office responsibilities and some hands on care requirements. "On call" responsibilities will be required on a rolling rota, meaning you would cover one week out of four.
The purpose of your role as care coordinator will be to coordinate, manage and roster care workers effectively to provide personal care and support to older adults and adults with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
* Be qualified to NVQ 3 in health and social care (or equivalent)
* Have proven experience within the home care or care home setting (ideally as a senior)
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Have flexibility to share the "on call" rota
