Are you an exceptional, person centred care coordinator seeking their next role?

I am working with an independent, well established provider of domiciliary care and support, to find their next super star care coordinator to be based at their North Staffordshire service.

You will split your time between a busy office and the field.

Working closely with an established team, you will oversee care and support planning, rostering, client visits, supervisions and support with recruitment.

You will be required to share the "on call" rota which will be split across the coordinator and management team.

I am seeking applications from candidates who have:

* Care coordinator experience

*The level 3 in health and social care, OR are willing to work towards this

* A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

* Flexibility to share the "on call" requirements

In return, you will receive a generous salary up to £25000, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.
