Care coordinator
Full time permanent
Monday- Friday with flexibility to assist with on call duties on a rota basis
Mostly office based with some field work
Cardiff
£22,000 - £25,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced care coordinator to join a successful and well-established domiciliary care service in Cardiff.
As a care coordinator you will be expected to support the delivery of the highest quality care. You will be assisting on carrying out assessments and reviews of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction, and support of the care workers.
Duties including but not limited to

• Line manager and supervise care workers and field team leaders
• Organise and coordinate weekly rotas
• Work alongside recruitment personnel
• Plan and allocate care assignments to appropriate care workers

The ideal candidate

• You will have a good understanding of principles of good care
• You will have strong IT skills
• A full and valid drivers` licence and access to own car
• You will be experienced in care coordinating
