A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a family run, well respected care provider as a care coordinator. This role is ideal for those who have been working in care for a couple of years and looking to progress in their career. The hours are Monday - Friday but you will have flexibility to cover weekends should the need arise.
Duties include but not limited

• Guide, support and motivate the care and senior care team
• Ensure the high standards of care are maintained throughout the company
• Efficiently completing both supervisory and practical duties
• Ensure all paperwork is correctly documented

We are looking for people with a good knowledge of health and social care. It is an advantage if you currently work as a senior carer however it`s not essential as it`s more important to our client that you have the right knowledge, attitude, and tenacity for the role.
