Salary: up to £35k + bonus

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a care home manager within a beautiful, purpose-built elderly residential home. This is a chance to join an established employer who prides themselves of providing an exceptional standard of care.

You would be responsible for the day to day running of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance across all areas, achieving and maintaining full occupancy levels, and lead and motivate the staff team to uphold the highest quality care.

If you are a passionate and driven individual, with a proven track record within a similar supervisory role - either an experienced manager or deputy ready to take the next step in their career - you may be perfect for this role!
