Job Description

** Registered Manager**
** 5 bedded Adult care home **
** Corby **
** £40 000 **
** Permanent / Full time **
** 37.5 hours per week**


BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company that provides support for people aged 18 years and over. We are looking for resilience and hardworking Registered Manager who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. This role can be challenging; however, it is also a line of work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within people's lives.

About the home: The Home is a six-bed specialist autism service situated in Corby, Northamptonshire. The service is close to local amenities and within easy access to major bus routes, train stations and motorways linking it to the neighbouring town of Kettering, Peterborough, Luton and Milton Keynes.

About the ideal candidate: You are a Registered Manager and are looking for a new challenge!
You are / have:
" Commitment to delivering high quality care
" Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
" Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
" Fine-tuned decision-making skills
" Excellent organisational and communication skills
" Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude
" Problem solving & crisis management / Time management
" Ability to Identify and manage risks. Ability to convey information clearly, follow organisational policies & procedures and produce appropriate written communication
" Be respectful of and act in ways that recognise the importance of a person`s rights and beliefs. Ability to promote and represent the Company in a positive and professional light
