We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join a friendly independent organisation in the North Bristol area.

We have an opportunity for a Care Manager to oversee a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. Working with a fantastic organisation that will support you to develop in this role and reach your full potential, you will oversee a small team of staff, delivering support to adults with learning disabilities, and some with physical needs.

The role is shifted, so you will need to be flexible to work shifts which will include 1-2 sleep-in shifts per week. You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle, and you will ideally hold a Level 4 or 5 care management qualification, or be working towards it.
