Care Manager

£45,000 - £50,000

We are working in partnership with a care home based in Whichurch in Bristol, and they need a Care Manager. The home provided care to 50 residents over the age of 65 who have Dementia.

The successful Care Manager will be responsible to manage staff, assess the needs of clients together with the Nurse, writing care plans and liaising with other professionals, as well as the client`s family, ensuring that the service is of a high level and client satisfaction.

You will receive support from the Directors, and as the company is looking to expand in the future there will be the opportunity to progress into a Registered Managers role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience and a wealth of knowledge providing care to those with Dementia
• Knowledge surrounding CQC requirements
• Have management or supervisory experience within a similar setting
• Hold a level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
