Job Description

On behalf of one of the market leaders within the home care field, I am seeking a care manager to join an already outstanding team at their Sutton Coldfield office. You will join an organisation which is a recognised global brand and consistently delivers outstanding care in the eyes of CQC.

As care manager, you will be committed to continued business development and growth. Your new branch already provides well over 1000 care hours per week and is seeking to double this.

To support the business growth, a lot of investment will be made in technology. The future of this service will see the introduction of technology within the community which will ensure outstanding care is delivered and maintained, and that the people you support are able to live independently and comfortably in their own homes for longer.

A dynamic, passionate and driven registered manager already, this could be the perfect opportunity you are looking for to stretch your already extensive CQC knowledge and experience. You will work within set KPIs and be committed to not only achieving but excelling at these targets. On top of this, you will have great attention to detail, like a challenge and be committed to being "hands on".

As registered manager, you will work autonomously and be competent in managing and leading a multi-disciplinary staff team. It is also essential that you hold a relevant care management qualification, have excellent commercial knowledge and hold a full UK driving licence, with access to your own car.

You will be rewarded with a salary representative of your experience with 3% pension contribution, medical insurance and health cash back scheme. There is also an additional payment for your role in the "on call" rota.
