Job Description

On behalf of an award winning not for profit provider, I am seeking a skilled, passionate, and driven CARE MANAGER to oversee the smooth, day to day running of their retirement living schemes within Telford and South Staffordshire.

You will join an employer who boasts a range of accolades and heavily invests in their services and staff members.

You will be responsible for every element of the service, including recruitment and training, quality and compliance and person-centred care planning and support.

Other areas of responsibility will include, quality and compliance, finance management and shared on call.

Applicants must have:

* Experience of working in a supported housing/care environment with a strong understanding of the registered CQC requirements

* A minimum of GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths and possess a relevant HNC or NVQ level 5 (or equivalent.)

* Hold or be willing to work towards a Food hygiene and First Aid certificate.

* A Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle for business use,

* Flexibility to work across multiple sites and share the on call rota.

Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills are all essential to be successful in this role. You will also be able to demonstrate the successful delivery of quality care and support, and maintaining a healthy, safe, and welcoming environment.
