About the role
As a Care Team Leader, you will be at the very heart of our busy forty-six bed residential home for elderly people living with dementia in Paignton.
You will be working in a residential setting that supports people living with dementia
You will ensure the day-to-day health and wellbeing needs of people living a home are met
You will also be revising electronic care plans and risk assessments (from pre-admission onwards)
Essential for you is to have experience using an eMAR system and the safe management of medicines
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a motivated and competent team who consistently treat people with dignity and respect
You should lieu with external professionals (CQC, Safeguarding, Paramedics, GPs, OTs etc)

We are looking for a person-centred focused and committed person to ensuring people take an active role in decisions around their health, safety and wellbeing

able to cover if the Registered Manager is absent
