BS Social Care are currently working with a stand alone care home within the Silverstone area of Northamptonshire to recruit Carers. Contracts can include part time or full time hours working either day shifts only, night shifts only or a mix of the both depending on what works for you. All contracts are permanent. This home pays £9ph alongside benefits.

About the employer; this is a stand alone home which means there is only one home in the company allowing direct supervision to be given from management.

About the job; you will be working closely with your coworkers to ensure all service users are well cared for and looked at. This will include laughing and joking, playing games, being creative with care given depending on the needs of the service users, being part of activities to keep the happiness of your service users as a priority. Duties will also include personal care, manual handling, dressing, assisting with food and more.

About the ideal candidate; it is essential than you have a good sense of humour, that you want to work hard and that you believe the care given should be to the highest standard, it is also essential that you hold at least 6 months experience in care. Being a driver is an advantage.

This is a permanent role offering part time and full time hours across days, nights or both working every other weekend. You will also be offered benefits. £9 per hour.
