Job Description

We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Case Administator to join one of our Government clients in Bromley, South London. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:

• To support with waiting lists
• To support with instructions from the waiting list especially multiple orders
• Support with compliance e.g. cleansing lists, monitoring compliance telephone and text reminders
• Support with building the waiting lists based on decisions from OMS
• Monitoring utilisation and ensuring all project spaces are utilised, instructed to or offered out to OMS
• Support case ops managers with anything multiple order compliance related
• Manage the project instruction spreadsheets alongside the case ops manager

Skills and Experience required

• Delivering at pace
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written is essential
• Use and work on your own initiative
• Need to have good IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams etc. especially Excel
• Attention to detail

Salary: £11.70 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.

The hours are working 9-5 Monday - Friday
