Job Description
We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our Government clients in Lambeth, South London. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- To support with waiting lists
- To support with instructions from the waiting list especially multiple orders
- Support with compliance e.g. cleansing lists, monitoring compliance phone and text reminders
- Support with building the waiting lists based on decisions from OMS
- Monitoring utilisation and ensuring all project spaces are utilised, instructed to or offered out to OMS
- Support case ops managers with anything multiple order compliance related
- Manage the project instruction spreadsheets alongside the case ops manager
Skills and Experience required
- Delivering at pace
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written is essential
- Use and work on your own initiative
- Need to have good IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams etc. especially Excel
- Quick Learner
- Admin experience required
Salary: £11.70 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
The hours are working 9-5 Monday - Friday
