Centre Team Leader
North Somerset
£18,000 to £26,000

My client are a leading organisation that provides service to adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. They are looking for a Team Leader who is
-Committed to ensuring that people with disabilities are valued
-To set direction, lead and motivate staff so that things get done well.
-To listen to the people that they support and communicate clearly to them
-Background in developing learning and enterprising projects
-Business acumen to develop the business

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or above.
This a full time position (37 hours)
