Childrens And Young People Residential Support Workers Wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This charity provides residential care and accommodation for children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD) and children with mild mental disorder (MD) provide high quality care and support for children and young people.

The service provides a safe place that is nurturing, child-centred and provides individualised responses to the young people who live there.

Applicants need to be confident, positive team players who are able to apply consistent boundaries and have a functioning understanding of challenging behaviours and the reasons behind these.
You would be required to help with general upkeep of the young persons' accommodation as well as cooking meals and assisting with things such as activity plans for days out with the young people.


To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
