A well established & expanding organisation are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker for their 4 bed Children home in Newton Abbot, Devon. You will be supporting children & young people (8 - 18 years olds) who mainly have learning disabilities who can display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Help co-ordinate the shifts
- Update risk assessments, health & safety checks, care and support plans
- Conduct 121 staff meetings
- Ensuring spot checks are completed
- Line manage the support workers

Qualifying candidates:
- Have previous senior experience working with Children & Young People
- Must have a driving license with your own car
- Started or completed a Diploma / NVQ / QCF level 3 in Children and young people workforce

Contract / Terms:
- Salary including sleeps is £23,835 per annum (base salary is £21,840)
- 40 hours a week (10 - 14 shifts per month)
