BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Children and Young People`s Residential Support Worker in Luton, Bedfordshire area for a permanent and full time role. This role is to work with 3 children aged 8 years - 18 years within a residential home who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.

About the employer; this employer owns a small number of homes currently but have plans to open more homes and hubs within the areas of the homes. All homes work with low - medium level of needs.

About the job; this role entails working alongside a number of Support Workers within the home ensuring all care is being met and that all children are receiving the best possible care.

About the ideal candidate; for this role, it is ideal that you hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People`s qualification or the equivalent. However, it is essential that you who hold at least 1 yrs experience within a children and young people`s role.

For this full time and permanent role, we are offering £20,883- £22,696 per year alongside a £2ph increase for over time, a full induction, all training (mandatory and specialist), qualifications and promotions and more.
