An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Children`s Registered Manager to oversee a new residential service for children with additional needs within the Aintree area.
This is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of this fantastic home. As the Registered Manager you will lead and direct your team to ensure the highest quality care is provided. The organisation is committed to providing the very best they can for every person, to support them to grow and reach their full potential. The role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children`s residential service, and organisational skills to ensure the home thrives. You will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst following all current legislation`s and policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a career history in children`s residential care, including at least 2 years management experience and previous registration with Ofsted. You will have a experience of managing a successful service and be working towards or hold a Level 5 in leadership and management.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for progression, further development and bonus opportunities.
