Children And Young People Residential Support Worker Needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is for an organisation that provides long term care and accommodation for Young People aged 18 or below who have Learning Disabilities.

You will be supporting vulnerable Children to transform and improve their lives. They provide long term accommodation; all homes are based in East London. The duration of these roles are dependent on the needs of the young people.



The ideal candidate must have a holistic approach to Care Planning, Risk Assessments and to deliver a high quality of care.

They must have experience working off detailed care plans and ensure all needs are met. The emphasis must always be treating the young person as an individual and meeting his or her needs.


A BIG MUST is that you are able to encourage the young person to live as independently as possible and encourage them to build new relationships with friends and family members.

To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted. NVQ Level 3 Child would be a bonus.
