Children's Residential Support worker

Are you an experienced and or qualified Level 3 Children`s Residential Support worker?

Do you have a passion for changing lives and creating smiles?

We are looking for a dedicated, fun loving, kind and experienced support worker to join a friendly team working within a specialist residential school for children!

This is a rewarding role where your job will vary from day to day- whether you are arranging fun activities in the expansive grounds, playing games in the indoor swimming pool or supporting the children in their education.

As such we are looking for dynamic, creative and genuinely child focused and qualified support workers who will take pride in creating opportunities to learn, grow and develop for the young people you work with.

You will be working in a genuinely gorgeous environment set in beautiful, rolling, expansive countryside and with stunning views in all directions, with wildlife all around you.

Due to legislation it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT that you hold the relevant Level 3 Children`s Residential Qualification or Level 3 Health and Social. If you do not have this, we regret that we will not be able to consider your application.

In return for your ability, personality and qualification you will be rewarded with an excellent high salary alongside a very high rate of pay for sleep-in`s which will make your overall earnings in the region of up to £25,000 per year!
