BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Children's Registered Home Manager to manage a 6 bedded home for service users aged 13 years plus with Learning Disability and Autism. This is a permanent and full-time role working 40 hours per week. We are looking for strong candidates with sound CQC knowledge and experience. This role is to fill a new home within the Rushden area which will allow you to be at the start of the homes journey.

About the employer; this employer is a small company owning 3 homes in total. They work with and support children and young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. They care for their service users using more of a therapeutic approach and work hard to ensure that they receive the best possible care whilst the service users are with them.

About the job; you will play an essential role within this home ensuring all aspects of the service is well looked after. You will be overseeing everything from the staff, the service users, management, CQC and more. The home is a new home, so you will be a part of recruitment, training, putting policies and procedures in place, business plans and so forth. You will support the team in being the best they possibly can and support the service users allowing them to have the best journey whilst within your care. You will liaise with management daily, weekly, monthly to keep everyone and everything up to date.

About the ideal candidate;

- You will hold a Level 5 in Management
- A lot of CQC knowledge and experience with CQC reports to review
- Experience of managing small homes
- Learning Disability and Autism knowledge
- Proven track of good or above CQC rating
- Strong in management
- Proactive and not afraid of asking for help
- Prepared to take on a challenge
- Driver

For this full time and permanent role, we are offering a starting salary of £36,000-£40,000DOE working full time hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
