About the job; we are currently recruiting for a Childrens Residential Home Manager. This role is to work closely with the children and young people giving them the best possible care following their care plan needs. You will support them in cleaning, cooking, socialising, empowering, understanding their needs and wants, you will be a go-to for the children, a friend, a family member, a protector all whilst preparing them for adult life and having fun.

About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you have been a Childrens Home Manager or a very strong Childrens Deputy Home Manager.

This is a permanent and full-time role working day 37.5 hours For this role, we are offering £35,000 - £40,000 and to pay for all training and qualifications, 28 days annual leave, constant training, progression, annual pay reviews, work pension, free parking, paid meals on shift and more.
