We are looking for an experienced Children`s Registered Home Manager who is looking for a new job opportunity paying £40,000 - £50,000 DOE with a bonus structure to be agreed based in the Luton area.

This is for a children`s residential home within a new company that are looking for someone to come in and put their stamp on the service and using their knowledge to help with the registration of the home. They want someone who has years of experience within the children`s sector, who is not afraid to get stuck in. The company has established homes that would help you to learn their ethos and who will work with you. They are a growing organisation that are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager that will grow with them, offering you progression and opportunities. Offering Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with on call duties.

We are looking for candidates that hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent alongside a minimum of 2 years as a Registered Manager within a children`s residential home with EBD needs experience. You will have extensive knowledge of Ofsted and ideally experience opening a new service. You will need to be a driver with access to a car and happy with flexible working including travel and remote working.
