Children`s Registered Manager
£40,000-£50,000

A Childrens' specialist school and residential services based in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Children`s Registered Manager.

Main responsibilities

o Aim to provide the best outcomes for the children and young people within the service
o Using leadership skills and bring flexible and creative solutions to risk management
o Provide staff with guidance on policies and procedures
o Strategic planning for developments within the homes and of new homes

About You
o Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
o Must have developed effective leadership teams in previous work
o Experience liaising with local authorities
