£30,000 - £34,000 PLUS monthly bonus and additional payment for on call rota.

My client based in Stockport is currently looking for an experienced deputy manager or registered manager to join there 5 bed childrens home. You will be working with children ages 8 - 17 with a mixture of EBD, mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Your general role will be to operate the day to day running of the home making sure its a smooth running service with full compliance, staffing and childrens needs at the heart of what you do.
Other duties include but are not restricted to;
>Supporting and managing all staff, Deputy manager, Senior and support workers
>Maintaining the occupancy levels within the home
>Recruitment if and where needed
>Training and development
> Liaising with the maintenance employee on site with any issues affecting the home
>On call Rota - £5 extra per night on call

Essential criteria for candidates;
> Experienced deputy managers or registered manager for this position.
> You must have your level 5 NVQ or be working toward this.
> You must be a driver and have access to your own car.
> Must have knowledge and experience working toward OFSTED regulations.
