Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Children's Registered Manager for a 3 bedded service based in Northwich, Cheshire. You will be managing a home for Children and Young People aged 8 - 18 years old.

You will be working for a national organisation that is a leading provider of behavioural care in the UK. They look to deliver solutions to provide a environment for the young people to thrive in. The home doesn't currently have any young people in so you will be responsible for supporting with quality placements that are right for the service and the young people.

You will be an Ofsted Registered Manager for the home so you will be for the running of the service and ensure high standards are in the home. You will be leading your team to support them and guide them in to giving the best standard of care.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a similar role working with Children and Young People. You will also need to have a driving license. You will hopefully be ambitious as you will be supported to continue your learning and develop your career.
