We have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Registered Manager to oversee the opening and development of a Childrens Residential Home within the Stoke on Trent area.
You will be joining an award-winning provider of Therapeutic Residential Care for Children and Young People across the North West and Midlands.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that opening, development and day-to-day management of the home ensuring it remains complaint with Ofsted regulations and in line with the ethos of the home. You will act on behalf of the organisation to ensure they meet relevant requirements set out in legislation. You will ensure the staff provides a high standard of consistent care and service in accordance with legislation, central government guidance, regulations and standards, and the policies and procedures. You will develop a caring team who show consistent adult role model behaviours setting consistent standards and boundaries for the children.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, a minimum of 2 years' management experience in residential care and hold a Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
This is a permanent, full time position with a salary of between £50,000- £56,000 bonus opportunities, paid training for further development within your career and exciting company benefits.
