An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to develop and lead a Brand-new home for Children and Young People within the Blackburn.
Working for an established organisation that provides specialist care to Children and Young People in a safe and nurturing environment.
As Registered Manager you will manage the development and recruitment of this Brand new four bedded home for young people with Mental Health needs. Duties will include ensuring they receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will effectively manage rotas and supervisions for a staff team, manage budgets and finances and liaise with social workers, families and external support services.
You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have a excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.
You must have a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and have previous experience as a Manager within a Children and Young People`s Residential service. You must hold a full UK Driving license with access to your own car.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday with an excellent starting salary of £35,000 plus exciting benefits and bonus.
