Job Description

An incredible opportunity to Manage and Lead a beautiful Children`s residential service based in Stoke on Trent (ST10) has arisen! The home is a 6 bedded service that supports Children and Young People with EBD.

You will be working for a high performing provider of childrens residential care and will be nurtured during your professional journey with the company. The company is expanding so a really exciting time to join them! They want all their young people to have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home! This is a varied and dynamic management role. You will ensure the constant smooth and seamless running of the service, with a view to performing consistently as "Outstanding" as judged by OFSTED. You will be there to support and lead your team to make sure they are giving the best care possible. You will also be involved in all the referrals so you can make sure the right children are being referred to your service.You will need be able to make a house a home for the Children!

As an ideal candidate for this role it is essential that you have significant experience in an equivalent role in a similar children`s service. This would suit an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager/Team Leader. You ideally would be qualified with an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent however providing you have your NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People then you can be considered for the role.

In return for your expertise and child focused leadership you will be rewarded with a very attractive salary alongside ongoing training and support within the health and social care sector.

The salary for this role is £40,000 (Depending on experience)
