I am currently working with and established childrens organisation who specialise in the provision of Ofsted-Registered children homes and supported accommodation in the Birmingham area

My client is looking for a qualified Children Residential Support Worker to work in one of their homes in the Erdington area.

The primary role of the Residential Support Worker (RSW) is to work as part of the staff team, under the direction and supervision of the home management team, to provide care to the children and young people placed at the designated children's home, in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements and standards (e.g. National Minimum Standards) and Company Policies and Procedures. Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people is paramount at all times. The homes operate 24-hours each day, every day of the year, requiring round-the-clock staffing and management

I am looking for Candidates who have a passion for making a difference to young peoples lives. Someone who holds their NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young people.
Minimum of 2 Years experience in a Residential setting.
Driver desirable but not essential.
