SALARY: £17,500 rising on experience + genoruos sleep-in allowance

BS Social Care specialise in the permanent recruitment of Health & Social Care professionals. We are currently working with a specialist Care provider; assisting them in their recruitment of an experienced Residential Support Worker for their trauma-based service that supports young people.

They attempt to ensure that each and every young person is placed in an environment that suits their individual needs. As a residential support worker, your values will match those of the home and the wider organisation
As a children`s support worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive respite or longer term care for the young people placed at the home.
We are looking for people who can effectively engage with the young people they support as well as someone with the proven ability to develop productive working relationships between fellow workers.
You will be expected to work long shifts, but in return you have four days off every week.
We are interested in hearing from applicants with at least 1 years` experience supporting children and young adults, ideally within a residential setting, and possess NVQ Level 3 or above in Children`s residential or the equivalent.
