BS Social Care is looking for support workers to work with children between the ages of 5-16 years with complex needs, autism, non-verbal, epilepsy and challenging behaviour.
As a support worker, you will be working in the community with families and children, going to activities of their choice, supporting them and be responsible for the safeguarding.
You will be following a care plan that is unique to the individual, according to their needs.
You will be required to provide personal, social, similar to that given by the parent or guardian, respecting confidentiality at all times
This position requires flexibility and a person who is willing to provide cover for colleagues working as part of a caring team.
