BS Social Care are working with an established organisation for young people with social, emotional and health difficulties.
You should have an extensive knowledge surrounding safeguarding of children and young people. We want someone who places a focus on the positive outcomes of our children and takes responsibility for helping improve the lives of our young people.
Duties:
" Sleep in duties is required.
" Day to day management of the home in the absence of the registered manager and the deputy manage.
" Daily supervision of staff and overseeing their duties
" Providing mentor ship and guidance to staff and promoting good practice
" Supervision of key workers
" Assist with completion of care and support planning and risk assessing
" Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
