Job Description
We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Clerical/Admin assistant to join one of our Government clients in Central London. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 5 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Photocopying, filing, posting, or proof-reading data
- Dealing with various databases, using PDF editors
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Inputting data on spreadsheets and relevant approved databases
- Ensuring Servicing requests for equipment are made with suppliers and contractors and necessary PPE Is ordered
- Processing timesheets and dealing with RoSTAS
Skills and Experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excelled organisational skills
- Possess basic numeric skills and ability to use databases.
- Good keyboard and IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Word
- Excellent telephone skills - confident speaking on the phone
- Being able to use own initiative and be self-motivated
- Admin Experience is needed for this role
Salary: £11.60 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
