Clinical Rostering Administrator
Health and Social Care -Mental Health
40 Hours per week

Our ideal would be someone who has done a similar job within the NHS or similar care provider but we could also consider someone who has transferable experience within the private sector.


o Work with Clinical General Managers to ensure rotas are completed and accurate, ensuring policy is followed.
o Ensure Lakeside staffing matrix is updated when changes in staffing numbers or cancellations are reported.
o Ensure absences and annual leave is accurately recorded and reported to Clinical and Operational Lead on a weekly basis.
o Manage and advertise overtime ensuring bank staff are contacted.
o Work with agencies to staff vacant shifts, monitor agency usage, fees, NAPPI training adherence, managing attendance. Ensure current information on fees of various agencies.
o Keep agency booking system accurately updated.
o Check training reports and organize and book training for those staff our of date/refreshers.
o Complete various reports, missed swipes, shift swaps.
o Monitor shift coverage and safe staffing, communicate any issues to Management.
o Ensure all new staff and agency staff are inducted and have completed the initial staff induction booklet, report on this monthly.
o Assist Clinical General Managers to ensure annual leave is well managed with the ratio of staff per ward/shift adhered to in line with projected totals.
o Cover additional administration work in times of sickness or annual leave.
