I am working with a well-established company based on the outskirts of Leeds, near Yeadon. My client is looking for experienced Commercial Sales Executives to join their thriving team on a temporary to permanent basis. ***Commercial insurance experience is essential to be considered***
You'll be joining a specialist company with reputation for delivering a first-class service, offering a range of products to their valued customers.
A day in the life of a Commercial Sales Executive includes:
" Maximising renewal retention, follow ups with clients and quoting to match or beat alternative quotes
" Processing quotes and providing new business quotations for commercial and personal insurance
" Gaining new business through client follow ups, new business cold-calling and face to face visits
" Adhering to FCA regulations and complying with insurance regulations and compliance standards
" Prioritising and managing own time to meet and exceed sales targets - using own diary management
" Delivering against KPI's
" Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to personal and commercial insurance products
We're looking for motivated, engaging and pro-active candidates with a proven track record of securing new and maintaining existing sales. Strong time management skills and target driven attitude are also required!
***Essential experience in a commercial sales role is required*** Training will be provided on company specific products.
You'll need excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to negotiate and close sales.
