The role is wholly compliance based. You will liaise with the front line and management staff but will have no responsibilities for the service delivery. You will be aware of both organisational and CQC protocols and practices.

You will have knowledge of both compliance and health and social care and will be able to evidence this. Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, you will have knowledge of the different challenges health and social care give.

A minimum of a level 4 in a relevant field is essential. You will be put through training and courses for personal development.

The salary is fixed at very competitive £33000 but, as mentioned, professional development and progression is positively encouraged in this organisation.
