I am actively working with a leading, national health and social care charity to recruit for reputable, passionate and care focused registered managers to oversee the day-to-day running of their residential care services.
I have opportunities available on the Warwickshire/Solihull borders. These services have great access from Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry ,South Birmingham and Stratford-Upon-Avon.
You will join a large, established provider of person centred, mental health care and support and be committed to promoting choice, independence and dignity.
Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with the senior management team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your residential service. You will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively and complies with both CQC and company guidelines. Effective staff management and team co-ordination, as well as building strong relationships with external agencies and family members is essential for the registered manager role.

To be considered for these exciting opportunities, you will have achieved or be committed to working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, have at least 2 years' proven experience in an operational management capacity and possess excellent CQC knowledge and experience.
