Temporary Credit Control Position - 6 months - (on-site in Solihull for first 8 weeks then hybrid working thereafter)

Our client is an energy provider based in Solihull and is looking to onboard someone with credit control / analytic experience to join a busy team working to reduce aged debt within their small to medium sized clients.

Hours: Monday to Friday / 37 hours per week, Rota: 8am / 4pm / 8:30am - 4:30pm / 9am - 5pm (4:30 on a Friday)

Salary: £27,763 / £14.42 per hour

Main duties:

• Cash collection (calls/ follow up emails/ using systems/ investigating to resolve queries)
• negotiating payment plans
• taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
• setting up DD's
• Escalation of accounts for next step

Experience

• previous credit control experience is essential
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• energy industry experience would be helpful but is not essential.

There will be full system training/support in the office for around 8 weeks then it will be 2 days in the office / 3 working from home.
