Job Description

We're looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis for a 8-10 weeks (possibly longer) to work for a property company in Droitwich Spa.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30

Pay Rate: £10.45 per hour paid weekly each Friday

Location: Droitwich Spa

Length of Assignment: 8-10 Weeks (possibly longer)

Start Date: ASAP

THE ROLE

To provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative and customer service support for a property company who are dealing with insurance claims on behalf of brokers who are assisting with emergency accommodation.

Assist with all new and existing instructions for emergency accommodation whereby a Rental Property is required

  • Use our tools to search and communicate with Estate Agents to source relevant options for our customers
  • Liaise with the customer and ensure all requirements are met and that the customer journey is exceptional
  • Gather relevant information from Estate Agents such as Tenancy Length, Deposit Info, Termination Period, etc.
  • Liaise with our customer and clients to ensure the required Rental property is booked in a timely, efficient manner
  • Proactively assist the claims handlers and quality team to ensure all deposits/tenancy arrangements are finalised at the end of each rental period
  • Ensure daily activities are completed in the set time frames as set down by Senior Claims handler.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Word processing and Excel spreadsheet.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to support, guide and inform as necessary.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in appropriate language with colleagues both orally and in writing.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability prioritise workload when working independently and as part of a team.
