Job Description

Customer service/ order processing - ASAP


Our client is a distributor of high quality, biodegradable and compostable single use packaging. They supply into the hospitality sector, to high end hotels, restaurants, street food vendors, beverages outlets. They are a small / medium size, family run business found in 20 years ago located in Park Royal NW10. They are expanding the current customer service team of 8 and looking for experienced customer service advisor.

Duties: dealing with incoming enquires both via phone, emails, processing orders, providing best solutions on the products and services based on customer requirements, introducing new line and best sellers to the customers, allocate and fulfil orders in using delivery service, take payments, dealing with complaints, tracking orders and updating customers, using inhouse CRM systems and providing update to management.

Your package; £24- £26k based on experience, 28days including bank holidays, on the job training with be provided, pension and team gatherings.
Your will be working in the office Mon TO Fri 8am to 5pm, office-based role, must be able to get to Park Royal, full time and permanent opportunity.
