Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of their esteemed Government Client in Corstophine.
We have a position available for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.
This is a customer service role (inbound enquiries only).
You will provide information to clients regarding their financial information and support companies who have become insolvent.
You will respond to queries through telephone and email.
Hours are approximately Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
£8.36 rising to £10.51 after 12 weeks on assignment.
Your main duties will include:
Dealing effectively with inbound enquiries (telephone or email) from the general public and Insolvency Practitioner network.
Identifying information on internal case management systems.
Accurately updating files and recording the outcome of enquiries.
Supporting customers using Government digital services.
Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Responding appropriately to any complaints.
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Efficient users of Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to carry out internet searches
Work on your own initiative and to tight and demanding deadlines
Work with a flexible approach and have the ability to multi-task
Adapt to changing situations within the office and responds with energy and commitment
Work as a part of a team and have a positive and can-do attitude.
