Deputy Manager
Supported Living - Gloucester

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Gloucester, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries.

We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in planning and developing services and to formulate the appropriate strategies and procedures. You will also support with the day-to-day management of staff to ensure the delivery of around 750 hours of person-centred care and support each week.

You will have a broad experience of managing people and services within a Supported Living setting, you will live in the Gloucester area and you will have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, as well as being willing to work towards a Level 4.
