You will be joining a small but rapidly growing company with an already impressive portfolio of Children`s Residential and Leaving Care services which are consistently rated either "Good" or "Outstanding" by OFSTED.
This is an opportunity to really use your experience, knowledge and opinion to genuinely shape the direction of this new service and influence the way in which the care is delivered to achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.
You will work closely with both your Manager and Company Directors, gaining valuable experience of Management and Commissioning processes which will all help to add to your ongoing professional development which will be encouraged by your employer as they prepare you to progress to more senior management roles as they look to open new homes over the next 5 years.

As the IDEAL candidate you will have significant experience in deputy managing children`s residential services alongside holding the relevant NVQ or QCF Management Qualification- Ideally a level 4 or 5.
It would be desirable for you to be a driver due to the nature of the role however more important is your experience, personality and ability to lead and inspire a staff team and to support vulnerable children to facilitate the highest quality of life for each and every service user you care for!
