Job Description

** Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager **
** Permanent and full time (40 hours per week) **
** Office hours with some on call needed as and when **
** £27,040 - £29,120 **
** Covering Bedford and surrounding towns **
** The service is currently running at 1200 care hours pw **

BS Social Care are currently working with a leading care company in the Bedfordshire area who is recruiting for a Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager.
About the employer; this company offered personalised home care packages to adults with mental health conditions, physical and learning disabilities and the elderly. Their highly trained domiciliary staff have the versatility and expertise to successfully deliver support for people with vastly varying conditions and their associated needs, catering for their cultural, spiritual and lifestyle preferences. This organisation has been well established since 2013.

About the job; your role will be to support the homecare side of the business and ensure it runs accordingly with the Manager. You will manage approx 30 staff and care for 50 service users running at approx 1200 hours per week. You will work closely with the Carers on the ground to give them the tools and knowledge they need to work at the best of their abilities. You will create excellent working relationships with each member of staff and have attention to detail allowing each service user to receive excellent care.

About the ideal candidate; you will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards, you will hold at least 12 months of homecare experience and at least 12 months of experience as a Senior or a Coordinator. You will also be a driver. You will be outgoing and approachable, hard working and have good work ethics.

For this full time and permanent role, you will be offered £27,040 - £29,120 alongside benefits such as;
